The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted daily activities across multiple sectors globally. extent of its impact on the global economy and key sectors, especially water, wastewater, associated such as agriculture, is still unclear. In this paper, preliminary impacts water resources India, river quality, usage in domestic commercial wastewater treatment sector, agriculture are discussed. limitations functioning existing system management identified. need for improvements to strengthen monitoring developing process-based models highlighted. This paper also discusses further investigation identify contributing factors improve our understanding natural preparing, monitoring, implementing policies manage during any pandemic/epidemics future.
